Thursday Night

Matt has been going up and down on his oxygen all day. When I left he was at 2.5 liters. Not great. The good news is that he was able to nurse since he would not take a bottle, cup or straw. That isn't easy on me. Philip is spending the night tonight and will see if Matt gets hungry enough to take a bottle from his Dad. If Matt doesn't take the bottle I'll be sleeping up at the hospital also. Matt is only on one IV med which is melrone. Melrone helps the heart pump stronger and then helps it relax. Matt is on .5 and he will be weened off of it hopefully tomorrow morning. Currently, if things keep progressing well, we will be home early next week.
